Santa Cruz Beaches
This dog-friendly beach is located south of Santa Cruz Boardwalk and is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Fire rings are available for beach bonfires.
Located six miles north of Santa Cruz, this 'Clothing Optional' beach sits on private land and visitors can cook, play and park their cars in the nude. Whale watching, volleyball and overnight camping are available.
Twin Lakes is a warm beach at the entrance to Schwann Lagoon. Recreation opportunities include basketball and tennis courts and pirate ship playground. Birdwatching is popular and restrooms and outdoor showers are on-site.
Pleasure Point Beach
Located on the east side of Santa Cruz, Pleasure Point is extremely popular with surfers, from bodyboarders to shortboarders and longboarders. Open sunrise to sunset.
Santa Cruz Harbor Beach
Harbor Beach sits next to the Harbor and is close to restaurants, shops and caharter boats. Beach volleyball provides popular entertainment.
